Excellent care requires excellent people
Every person in our Practice is essential to your care so we endeavour to recruit, train and retain the best people. Everyone who joins us understands our expectations and receives regular training and personal development to ensure we all share the same ethos of putting our patients at the heart of everything we do.
By providing a caring environment for everyone, we engender loyalty. As the saying goes – we don’t expect loyalty, we earn it. Our practice is part of Rodericks Dental, a company with over 65 practices across the country. We are different because our company is run by dentists – for patients.
I graduated from Charles University in Prague as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2010. I started work in St Albans, before moving to the Midlands to work in this practice and also Her Majesty’s Prisons. I have since completed courses in short term orthodontics as well as implantology with Nobel Biocare in Cambridge. Outside of dentistry, I play various sports, love to travel and spend time with my little one.
I graduated from the Dental Medical faculty of the Lisbon University in 1999 as Dental Hygienist. I moved to England (Nottingham) in 2012. My 12 years of professional experience has taken place whilst working for the Portuguese Government (the equivalent of the NHS), where I gained experience with working with nervous people, children and people with mental and physical disabilities.
I qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 2009 and worked at a nursery in Peterborough for 5 years. I decided on a change of career and became a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2010. I have been at Oundle House Dental Practice for 5 years completing my Dental Nurse qualification. In my spare time I run a part time business from home and enjoy going on family outings with my partner and little boy. (Sophie is now on maternity leave)
My name is Charlotte, also known as Charley. I am the Practice Manager at Oundle House Dental Practice. I started with Rodericks as a Trainee Dental Nurse and became an assistant manager whilst studying. I am now a Qualified Dental Nurse and am hoping to complete a higher qualification in leadership and management. When I’m not working I enjoy a good book, holidays away and spending time with friends and family.
